Niretrad is a simple, collaborative and easy to use translator for Nirewiki text strings.
Nirewiki is a platform to create free and easy to use Wikis, and it's available in many languages.
Click on New User link.
Complete Register Form, name, password a e-mail is required, and select the base language for you translations.
Now select the language that you want to tranlate and click on the Tranlate Button (on right side).
Now already you can begin to translate.
You can use this button 
in order to insert the left text (English, Spanish or Portuguese) in the right side (text area).
It's not necesary to translate everything of once, it's posible to be translating little by little, in addition it can be made by several people.
